Smoking while riding
Anyone else roll with smokes? I usually carry a tin of Montecristos to puff on while riding. Sometimes I'll smoke a ***, too. currently working on rolling a cig while riding no handed. Talk about tricks, THAT **** is hard. Also got a can of snuff for dippin' when I feel like it...
anyone else? Nothing like coming back from a long ride and lighting up, as the sun goes down along the horizon. wild wild west side!

I stopped smoking while i was riding after the time I was riding down the road at night, was inhaling, hit a speed bump, and smoke went down the wrong pipe and it was really weird. I'm hoping i can use biking to quit smoking(really it's the only thing that i'm into enough that could motivate me to actually do it. Every time i want a cigarette, I'll just go ride to the end of the bike path behind my house(it's about 3 miles from here to the one end) and after riding 6 miles round trip the last thing i'll want to do is smoke. Haven't tried that yet, but as soon as all this snow is gone i'm gonna give it a shot.

No smoking for me, but I do like to stab myself in the thighs after long rides. Relieves the pressure and all.

and it's probably just about as pleasant. like I have no problems smoking when i've just been riding around to class and stuff, but if i've gone on a long ride or been like biking hard, i don't even want to think about smoking for awhile.

I always stop and smoke a blunt on the middle of the GG Bridge on my way back from the Headlands, but I'm too out of breath when actually pedaling to inhale. My time on my bike is when I feel healthiest, so I don't normally feel like sullying it con smoke.

I keep a little kit in the back of my jersey that allows me to stop at a light and rail coke off of the car next to me. I feel like a million bucks after that

When I used to smoke I was pretty proud of the fact that I could pull out a cigarette, matches, light it and put the pack back in my bag while riding without hands. It was pretty hard, to be perfectly honest. Yeah.

Bad enough we have to put up with car exhaust . . . You have to add to it?
Of course it looks 'way cool' . . . in a stupid sort of way!

I used to smoke MAD cigs. I got on a health binge only recently. I was often found with my bike, smoking cigs cruising down the road. Now I only do crack.

I'm trying to quit. I smoke after I get off my bike and before I goto work. After a rainy period though where I have to take the bus I usually feel like crap when I hop back on my bike. Gotta quit, pronto.

the thing that sucks most about smoking while riding is when ash blows into your mouth. i do it often, usually when it's nice out and i'm drunk.
