Has it been ridden? If so, I'd say about probably anywhere from $80-$120

It's not NOS. NOS means New Old Stock.

New Old Stock = old stuff that's been sitting around, no one's touched it, no one's built it up, the only thing keeping it from being brand new is the fact that it was made years ago.

What you've got yourself is new or lightly used.

No, the hub isn't NOS. If the hub was NOS, there'd be no spokes going through the holes and attached to a rim. Remember the part about "no one's ever built it up"? Yeah, that qualifies in your case as well.

So you've got yourself a new hub and at least a lightly used if not new rim. I personally wouldn't use deep v's on anything I ride but if I were to buy that, I'd be fine with dropping up to $100 depending on wheelbuild quality.

Lol. Fail. "Its basically brand new." is peoples way of saying USED. Which is 1000% different than "NOS". Since campy never made wheelsets with Deep V's, there's no way in hell it's NOS.

It would be better to just describe the wheelset exactly as it is instead of using ambiguous terms that sellers like to use on the ever popular ebay (ostensibly to confuse buyers).
