Windsor The Hour
I'm thinking about buying this bike and was wonder what the best measurements to go with would be? I'm 6'1.
|
It's gonna depend on more than your height.
I know knowing your inseam length helps. But I'm not good with bike sizing, soooo. My suggestion would be to go to your LBS and try out different sizes and get them to help. |
A good place to start is your inseam in centimeters multiplied by two thirds. Thats just a basic technique though. There are other factors. Test ride on if you can, if you can't then I hope the bike you get works out for you.

If you can wait for the kilo tt, you may wanna get that. I like the looks of the kilo much better.

The Hour is a great starter bike if this is your first fixie. You will not be able to test ride it though since its a BikeDirect bike and they are online only.

dont have them at LBS'. And its pretty much bikesdirect or a used one. I have a 52 cm and stand a whopping 5-8. Love the bike, I have changed all but a back wheel and cranks pretty much.
The thing to do is go ride a fuji track at a bike shop. The windsors are pretty much spot on with their geo. so whatever fits you there will prob be what you want, thats what I did give or take a centimeter because they run in odd #'s |

No chance of me being able to by this at a LBS? What's the safest, best price I can find it for online?

WAIT FOR THE KILO! My roomie got the hour and I'm not a fan at all! for the extra $50 you won't regret! even if just for the fork it's well worth it!

I'm 6'1" and I rock a 58cm Windsor.
|

im satisfied with it but i am slowly replacing stock parts |
im trying to figure out what size The Hour to get.
@jaywhy im also 5'11, what is your inseam? |
it's really not a bad frame. i dont know why it gets knocked so much. if they just changed that damn fork...
|
Get the Kilo-TT or order a low-priced carbon fork at the same time, A-la-nashbar or similar
