It's very difficult to say based on your height alone. You'd be best off trying different bikes at a bike shop and see what feels right.
When I buy a new frame one of the things which is very important to me is top tube length, and I like something in the neighborhood of 57cm. That being said I have frames that are 56cm, 57cm, 58cm, 59cm, 60cm, and 62cm which all fit me just fine. This goes to show that there is no one answer for you and you must go with what feels right while you are riding the bike.
