I was hoping to talk the wife into letting me by an Angus in exchange for a clothes shopping spree for her. I didn't get my way but I can't say I'm too upset about the compromise. I am going to have to scrimp to get anything back at all since the only way I will is to make a big enough IRA contribution, which I need to do anyway and with two months to go I'm still short. I might reward myself with a little something like a less-fancy custom stem but I doubt it.
