kilo tt/the hour sizing help

been lurkin around for info about buyin a singlespeed, but really couldnt find any info on sizing for a little guy. used to riding mountain bikes and my current bike is kinda wrecked so i need some help from you knowledable folks. I have relatively short legs for my height, so my standover on any type of bike is rather short, about 30"/31" on a 5'4" frame. Would a 50 cm kilo tt or a 49 cm the hour fit me comfortably? Or should i just look elsewhere for a smaller frame? I'm pretty strapped for cash, so the whole rebadged $200 off dealio is great for me, but i dont want a bike that doesnt fit. Little help please? Thanks in advance

go to your lbs, ask around, and see how you fit on certain bikes.

why is the top tube of the kilo tt so much longer than the hour's top tube? What would this do to the fit of the kilo vs the hour?
