'08 Capos - downtube sticker under clearcoat WTF

Am I the only one who got a frame with a gigantic 2"x1" warning sticker on their downtube? WHAT THE ****?

That really pisses me off. The bike looks super clean otherwise then you have an encyclopedia on the ****ing downtube. ****! Anyone have any creative way of removing it WITHOUT ****ing up the clearcoat or one that does not require a repaint?

Argh. **** you cannondale!

At least its a very interesting read eh?

I would have to disappoint you about being able to remove it without ****ing up the clearcoat - just slap a sticker on top.. Depending on the sticker it will increase its ratings on the pistadex..

xacto knife around the sticker outline to cut through the clear? then you risk scratching the base layer. YOU'RE ****ED!!

You could do a white stripe pattern out of vinyl tape to go with the seattube.
