My vote is a shorty thomson elite stem with some spacers on each side of it.

I was kinda considering trying my bike in this pool we drained to ride bmx bikes, but I thought against it.

The HED disc and Zipp made me gag...

HED + Zipp combo, soooo good looking.. soo impractical. you gotta love it

That pic has always cracked me up for that same reason. Pro-level track wheels being used in a setting usually reserved for BMX bikes. What a waste.

Also, anyone here ever ride your FG in a pool? My local skatepark has bowls, and I've spent my share of time in them on a BMX/dirt jumper bike, but it seems to me like pedal clippage would be ridiculous.

it's a zipp 404 i guess. and that's quite an all-round wheel as far as I know, so it's not that strange to use it in your fixed gear.
