soo... i want to put a decal on my frame...
but i want to make my own decal or sticker... can anyone tell me how to do it? or does anyone know website that shows that? do i have to have special printer?

i've done stencil jobs in the past that turned out pretty cool, but that's really only a good idea if you're going to be rattlecanning it anyways, which i'm not sure if you plan on doing. i know there are places you can get that sort of thing made but i don't think its cheap.

i do stencil on shirt but never on round tube on bike frame... i mean what paper u use for round tube? for example on shirt you use wax paper so the paper will stick on shirt....but wat about round steel?

if it possible i think i will use spray paint, but the problem with spary paint is its wear off easily...

To save some dough on decals, try printing our your design and getting some stuff called "mask-eez." its made of plastic and is self adherent. just cut out your design with a razor blade and stick it on your frame. go over it with some spraypaint and you got yourself some nice decals.

use masking tape to cut the stencil into, and then stick it to the frame.

that would be damn hard. buying some sticker material with a paper back would be better. that way you can cut it without it sticking to the table and then peel off the paper and put it on your bike. less mess, less hassle.

I actually just had some stickers printed by this guy, they came out really nice and unlike most places you don't need to have a minimum order. He does custom drum decals so I am sure he would take an order for a few stickers.

it's made for screen printing and it's vinyl so spray paint won't soak. When I used this method it actually came out really good.

Talk to your local sign shop about getting some small cut vinyl done. Give them a vector graphic file. One color is generally a lot easier, but you can do multiple colors by layering vinyl. Good luck.
