I think that's been posted before. On a related note, there was a thread in the track subforum about "History of the Disc Wheel" or something like that, and one guy mentioned that some armed forces at one point used bikes with disc wheels in a convoy.. the wheels were quickly removable and bulletproof! Clever.

I posted that pic when I tried to show how ugly Aerospokes really are.

It's in the thread that compares the crappy performance of the Aerospoke wheels with traditional spoked wheels.

I was looking for the Army regulation regarding chemical protective masks (long story), and yep it's a soldier - or at least somebody dressed as one.
