Bike ID help

Saw this bike on CL: http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/bik/587658727.html As it says, nothing to really identify it. When I emailed, the seller said the rims were Swift Arriv and the hubs were labeled Quando. From googling, the wheels seem to be made of cheapie parts, but I might take a chance on the bike at that price if it were a decent frame.

Originally, I had set out to do a conversion of an old road bike but something decent is hard to find here in Vegas. Older cheap roadies on CL go quick and have had no luck in thrift/pawn stores.

Thanks for any input you can provide.

This is one of those POS bikes that the eBay seller we-sell-xs was pushing last year.

Pass on this. Spend your $175 on something that you really want.

Thanks, I vaguely recall those. Didn't occur to me it was one. I am in no rush, if I can't find something to convert over the next few months I'll go with a BD bike to keep it cheap.
