What bars do you ride?

I intend to make this a poll, I hope it works out.

The other day on my ride home I was wondering how many people with drops actually use the drops on occasion. I figured I'd make a poll but hell, why not include other bars as well. So here goes.

Why type of bars do you ride? And if you ride drops, do you actually use the drops or just the flats?

F! i forgot to include bullhorns/chop n flops! Just mark as other.

risers, but feeling very limited by them. Interviewing other candidates right now.

I have issues with bullhorns, tried Nitto 21s and didn't like the drop, tried profiles with a little drop liked them better. Think I'm going to try Soma Urban Pursuits since most stuff I have has 25.4 clamps I'm going to have to chop them down though. I'd really like to try chopped B123 bullhorns but can't justify chopping a new set and used ones are expensive.

this needs multiple choices. i have one with risers, two with bullhorns (one has drop, one not) and am building one with moustache bars as we speak.

Right now I ride road drops with hoods. I use the drops from time to time, especially in a headwind.

I'm thinking about buying some bullhorns.

I figured people would just choose whatever they ride most.

I ride 2 bikes primarily, one with drops, one with bullhorns. I ride about 50/50 drops/hoods on the bike with drops. The BH I ride 33/33/33 ends, bends, and tops near the stem.

Why not a "Drops, use all hand positions" option. The lack of options on your poll is evident by 10 "Other" votes.

because I primarily want to see if people actually use the drops. I see people with drops all the time but I've never seen any college aged kid actually use them.

people use drops when their average speed is going to be >20mph. they're not for comfort, they're for performance. no one's going to cruise around campus in drops, that's not what they're for.

I only use my drops when Im trying to go as fast as possible... Its just not comfortable to ride around using them all the time. (imo) So 90% of the time, I ride the tops.

I ride fully taped road drops that are pretty shallow and comfy.
