1" threaded, dying breed...

I currently ride a 1" threaded steerer carbon mizuno fork. it's gorgeous, and i love how it rides.
i got lucky in that i found some guy selling a bunch of them at a steal.
i can no longer find them, or anything comparable. apparently, there was a brief three year overlap between carbon forks reaching maturity and 1" threaded being the norm where some pretty good 1" threaded carbon forks were made, after which the entire industry went to threadless (or so it seems).
I'm currently kicking myself in the ass for not buying two, as my vigorelli frame (and probably d.a. headset/cinelli grammo pista stem) is going to outlive my fork.
i'm currently looking to buy something for the future (my mizuno is still in beautiful condition). I know this is stupid, and i'll probably be able to find something nicer in 1" threadless, but i really like the idea of my bike being the way it is, forever.
does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes nice carbon forks in 1" threaded? i'm hoping for something blade-ish/aero.

i just realized how ridiculous this thread is, and accept any criticizm in advance with open arms.

but still, where can i find one?

ps, does carbon have a "shelf life"? should i expect that 10 years is unrealistic?

I'm sure most manufacturers would recommend against it, but couldn't you just cut and thread a 1" threadless fork with an aluminum steerer tube?

I'm not sure how nice they are, but here are two threaded carbon forks from Nashbar:

(Edited after I noticed that the other one was for 650c wheels).

yeah, i know of those, actually.
i should really grab one.
should have mentioned that i'm hoping for straight blade...

Haha! You slag square taper (which is still quite practical and will be for years to come); and yet out of nostalgia and sentimentality you cling to threaded headsets! A form of technology that is now outdated in every way! You are illogical! Haha!

wait, slag? i never slagged square taper, i ride it myself.
i was just wondering when it'll go away, which it will at some point (just as 1" threaded has).

Ah, ok. I misinterpreted you in that other thread, sorry. Yeah we'll see how the fortunes of square taper go. I see it being around for a while yet though.

Chuck's has Martecs for $35 I have no idea if that is sexy enough for you or good quality.
