Help me choose a set of rims

So, I've decided to build a clincher wheel set but have been having some difficulties finding a set that fits my requirements.

Here is what I have:
Campy Record High Flange Pista 28H front hub
Campy Record High Flange Pista 24H rear hub
Front fork built for 650c
Rear built for 700c

So, I need a 650c front wheel with 28H and a 700c rear wheel with 24H.

Preferably I'd like to not have machined sidewalls. I looked into Velocity Deep-V's but they do not make a non-machined 650.

If I have to have machined, I checked out Mavic CXP-33's. They make a 28H 650 but they do not make a 24H 700.

Anyone have any suggestions? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

(I also don't want to purchase a rim with, let's say 36 holes, and skip holes when lacing, etc)

Thanks,

Steve

wait... 24 rear 28 front?! Isn't that bassackwards? I'm sure you can find any number of rims in 24 hole, but I'd get a different rear hub, 24 sounds pretty light duty for a street rear to me. I think i'd be more incline to go 32 rear 28 front. Open Pros would be nice.

It's for a track bike.

More spokes in front due to more weight over the front wheel, etc.

It's what I have, not going to spend $100 on a new rear hub when I already have a perfect set.

Do they make Mavic OPs in 650 28H & 700 24H?
