I was in little five points passing out food with food not bombs, and I see a parent ride by on a hybrid and a kid who is maybe 4 ft ride by weaving unsteadily on a fixed gear thats looks likes it might be it is too big for me. I am sure it was fixed because the pedal stroke was smooth even when his feet were not on them.

they were on the sidewalk and I was afraid he would fall off and into traffic or hit a ped, the kid couldnt straddle the top tube flat footed on a sloping frame bike. I didnt catch the model.

just seemed unsafe.

my bike is a conversion, and my bike doesnt have a sloping top tube
