Weaponising something isn't hard. I'll weaponise the **** out of anything. With the payload design of bigdog, you'll be able to ride it like a horse. Its essentially the "modern" version of an AT-ST.

Start befriending Ewoks.

Hahaha, I see where you're coming from. Every year the Darpa race gets better and better though, and every year there's a new iteration of weaponised decision making robot just waiting to unleash fury.

I suppose in that sense we should really be as scared of both of them.

The last vid I saw of the Darpa race, they showed some of the decision making abilities. While it wasn't the quickest to figure out how to clear a forest or a rivine, it definitely figured it's way around and imagine that with rapidly advancing hardware/more efficient codewriting.

Reminds me of Appleseed.

Don't go out there, you'll be killed by the legions of indiscriminate killing machines left over from the last world war. Hahahaha.

The kicking of it and it almost falling over reminds me of like myself walking to class or something as a kid being all into a computer book getting pushed by some jerk.

probably that it moves so much like a living thing you want to ascribe sentience to it and then you have compassion for it.

and that is why they will destroy us.

This is great news!
I can finally go home after a long day and kick my dog without my hippie neighbors calling the cops.
I wonder if you can program it to follow patchouli and emit an electric shock.
Where can I get one?
