I run Cinelli and 3TTT stems with Cinelli bars.

Didn't you already get a perfectly acceptable (and succinct) response on sffixed? Are you just looking for dumb responses?

If you have to ask, you shouldn't be buying campy groupos.

most people go with what they like, but if you need to know the "norm" there are tons of hi res photos of italians in velodromes on the internet. see how they do it.

(though i'm curious as to why... are you planning to build up and sell bikes around campy groups?)
