No wonder this forum crashes so often, all the damn waste of bandwidth! The "Hipsters" all you guys make fun of are doing the same thing you are by trying to fit in by doing what everyone around them thinks is considered cool. Much like starting a thread poking fun at the noobs. Good job! You're AWESOME!

If you use any Campagnolo parts, make sure they are NJS stamped!

Spoke cards.
definitely spoke cards.
Aslo, since you haven't mentioned anything about geards, I'm assuming ur running fixxxed. That's good. All the kewl kids are doing it.
So you will want either 1) a large, chrome chain protekter, or better, 2) really skinny jeans. These will prevent "involuntary dismount."

i jam my thumbs up and back into the tubes. this way i can point my fingers straight out in front to split the wind and attain an even more aero profile, and the usual fixed gear - zen - connectedness feeling through the drivetrain is multiplied ten fold because my thumbs become one with the tubing.

Would he then be even more down if he pierced his thingy with a mustache bar (given color coordinating cloth bar tape)?
