Greetings,

I ordered a stem from totalcycling.com on Apr. 15 and haven't received the item yet. I did a search on this and everyone seems to get their orders within 2 weeks. Has anyone ever ordered from them and had to wait a really long time to receive the item?

Thanks

Have you contacted them? They are in Ireland, so your stuff could be held up in customs, or it may just be slow getting to you.

I would contact and agree that its held up in customs.

When I was getting my car parts from Sri Lanka it got held in customs for awhile until I finally called customs and they were like yeah... we have it here, we've been waiting for you to come get it. Im like... what? Were you gonna TELL me?

It was probably cheap. I know they have good deals on Sidi stuff sometimes.

Ah yes... the hatemail brick.

I recommend fire also. it = more godderness.

You could always call customs and see if they have it held up there? Otherwise... prolly gotta try calling them.

I know when I was getting those parts from Sri Lanka, I sent a bunch of e-mails and they never answered. I assume its because they had already shipped it and just didn't care. When i called... they were pretty helpful.
