one flip tab broke while my friend was riding it. we were in a parking lot and he wanted to try my bike out... he was out of the clips and when he left the driveway, it hit the ground where the driveway ends and the street begins.. you know that dip? SNAP it busted off. then like 3 days later i can't remember what i was doing and the other one broke off. they lasted less than 4 months. i'm going to upgrade to royal nuevos soon and put these gr-9s on my ss conversion with some mini clips.

also, and this is completely for aesthetics, i got rid of the cheapo plastic stock dust caps and replaced them with nickels. PERFECT fit, and if you ever pedal strike the pavement and lose one (which has never happened to me) replacing it will cost you a mere 5 cents
I've only been riding with the GR-9s for a few days, but I agree ^^^ they are very comfortable!
