Pic Request: Hipster goodness/Character thread

I know there is a single speed thread for pictures, however after seeing a picture of a black Pista Concept with no bar tape, stickers all over it and a fat 3 spoke up front, i just want to see some good hipster bikes, messenger bikes, bikes that are used and have character.

A Concept with no tape and a tri-spoke is a hipster bike...

From the thread title, I assumed you wanted pictures of ridiculous hipsters. Very disappointing.

Well yeah it is a hipster bike considering its chipped, it has an apple sticker, MASH sticker, and various other stickers on the wheel, it is clearly ridden in the city as a hipster bike, NOT a track bike.

Sounds like Emi's Pista Concept...

Hipster or not, Emi's a great guy and a great rider. Probably better than the OP and anyone else who hates.

Yep. What inspired you? Inspiration can come from anywhere. I don't care if its hip'ed out with a tri-spoke and stickers.

He made an amazingly lame drunken pass at my friend at the NACC opening party.
A hilarious-and yet very not-endearing imitation of an 18 year-old virgin fratboy.
A couple of months later, I saw the flyer for MASH. I called my friend and told her she blew it. She could've gotten down with a celebrity!

Now I'm not trying to defend hipster types at all, but hating on them just means you're part of another trend, making you a hipster. Sorry, but there's just no getting around it these days! Worn out Jeans, faded t-shirt, converse, maybe a hat or an i-something on the side, oh and facial hair from not shaving for three days = hipster. It's ridiculous! You can't even dress casually without being labeled something...

nyc hipsters don't do sports. they wear man shoes. i'm psyched. i still ride track bikes enthusiastically, so basically i'm corny. i should be walking around the lower lower lower east side, dazed look in my eyes, on pills or whatev, floppy suede hat.

and yeah btw, mullets are even older than mustaches, we're talking EARLY 2000's on the ironic appropriation timeline.

anyway my point is that there are no real hipsters in san fransicso - way too much health and enthusiasm out there. okay - now i'll go stick a fork in my eye in self-flagelation for my participation in this thread. just kidding, everything's, rad - i'm lovin' it.

bottom line - if you've been riding track since before 2005 you are O.G. you are hip. you are just doin' it. you are lovin' it. ummmmmmmmmm...
