soma toe clips vs mks
 

are the 4 gate soma toe clips any shorter in length than the msk clips? cuz my mks clips scrape like a mother night and day and i was wondering if getting the soma clips would help that at all. thanks

The medium/large Soma 4 gates are a bit shorter, maybe half an inch, maybe more. I have the double gates, and if you have padded shoes (I've got onitsuka fencing) they feel great. If not, well, they hurt the feets a little.

2. - Quit pointing your toes down.

If they are scraping while pushing the bike(to all the "i don't push my bike" people-sometimes pushing the bike is a good thing,as in drinking a coffee while riding brakeless=not much stopping)that's normal.If they're scraping while riding something's wrong.

i wear vans authentics all the time and the 4-gates hurt like hell.

soma clips are too brittle and break at the worst of times.

like if ur bombing a hill and the last thing u need is no foot retention

no one im in my experience has ever liked the soma clips. ever.

I like the Soma double gates, they make it really easy to get my foot in and out but are still really tight. I might switch back to the MKS I have when I get around to buying doubles...
