Reinstalling my Brooks tension bolt?

Last night I was cat walking and went back so I kicked out the bike and when it hit my brooks came apart, meaning the tension bolt assembly on the front came out of tension. How do I re-install it? I know the order it goes in I just cant stretch the leather enough to seat the tension bolt.

keep trying, leather is tough to stretch obviously since, well, it is able to hold your weight at proper tension
