New Fork for IRO Jamie Roy?
So the fork on my IRO got thrashed the other day and it needs replacing. I was going to replace it with another one from IRO but figured I Would ask here first to see if anyone has any recommendations.

I have been using the nashbar carbon fork on mine. I find that the stock fork transmits too much road vibration and hurts my hands after 20 miles or so. The carbon fork is much more comfortable to ride. I think it looks better, too.

thanks for the suggestions guys. I was looking at this one. http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?c...20Road%20Forks
Would this be a fork of similar quality to the one I just thrashed? downgrade? upgrade? I'm not a gearhead, I just need something that I can use that will hold up. Thanks again |
How did you thrash your IRO fork?
Just wondering, because if you destroyed an aluminum fork thru normal riding, a carbon one may not be the way to go. |
I wasn't the one who thrashed it, my friend was on my bike and ate **** hard and took out my front wheel and fork. I ride hard and my stuff gets a work out but it's rare that I actually destroy a component.
