Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? BIA picture/history request

Hey, I am working on selling an older frame I have and I know it has a stamp on the BB that I think was BIA inside an oval, but the bike is at a collector's place right now so I can't look at it and I can't find any pictures or history on BIA other than the fact that it was the pre NJS certification. I am almost certain it isn't BIA since the frame was made well after NJS was around but I could swear it said BIA so humor me and we'll all learn something new. Once I get it back I'll snap a shot and post it up and hopefully someone will know what it is. Thanks for the help ahead of time!
