No, I was going to get a second frame and have drop outs welded on. But, mine works, and I don't think paint will be such a good idea in a few months when I'll be locking it up on the pier.
Mainly wanted to help out some other potential fixers here find a good frame. I dig the ride of the bianchi I found.
