i'm still waiting on a set of cranks from them... since two months ago. i knew it was out of stock when i ordered it, but the arrival date keeps getting pushed back farther and farther...

I get the impression that it's not the retailers' fault that they can't get a lot of their products from Taiwan lately. There just seems to be some sort of production delay. They seem to have about as little control over it as we do.
