Need Help On A 43cm Road Convertion
 

So I bought a tiny motobecane for my girlfriend to convert into a fixie/ss. The problem I have is that it came with 24" rims. I can not find a fixed/ss 24x1 inch wheelset at all. I really don't want to custom build the wheels bc it cost so much. Is it possible to throw on some 650c on that bike? Also, it came with a typical french crank. I was wondering if there is a bottom bracket that is italian thread that is squared tapered? If any of this makes sense please comment me back. If not, I will explain in a better way. Thanks
