What there to do there?

My friend just moved there a few days ago and hasnt made any bike friends yet. Where are the cool places to hang out and stuff? Also, maybe, bikeshops and other bike related places to go?

Good timing - Bike PGH's annual Bike Fest is currently going on now and there's a ton of things happening - including a 100K populaire and alleycat on Friday, a showing of Pee Wee's Big Adventure at the 'bike-in' Thursday, and marathon bike polo and another alleycat on Sunday.
