Crappy picture, but here's mine. I swapped the seat for a Selle Italia Flite Gel saddle. The fork is a Kinesis carbon fork. The fork was bent on my Hour when it arrived, ****ing UPS idiots must have used the box as a trampoline. I called up BD and they said they didn't have any replacement forks in stock, but for $30 they'd send me the carbon fork.

I actually have no idea haha. Its just the fork that they sent me as a replacement.

I am thinking about switching the gear ratio though. The hills around me suck. Has anybody switched the ratio on their Hour?

I got my Windsor a couple of days ago. Still waiting on a coupel of parts to come in. Lights, fenders, cog, chain, grips. I'll have pictures of it once its all set up. But for now I have some of the un boxing.

check your cog to see if its 15T or 16T. I personally like the 48T/15T gearing but might be tall for some.

Thanks. I heard about the 15T rear cogs coming on some bikes. I'll have to check tomorrow, its still at my girlfriend's apartment (had to haul around a 14 person tent yesterday, so I had to take the car to school).

The gearing on it right now isn't bad at all on flat stuff (riding around at school), but my commuting ride has some killer hills on it.

Same. The yellow looks pretty awesome. I solved my matte silver though, and spray painted my frame flat black

I solved my matte grey by getting it powdercoated. I originally wanted an all black bike, but that got old fast.

I want to replace the head tube badge but I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking of using the Monster "M" upside down for a "W"

I'm still undecided as to what color and on top of that I can't find a powdercoater in my area.

anyone here 5'11" with a 32" inseam? i'm a bit confused about my sizing. competivecycling.com puts my top tube measurement at 54.4-54.8cm which leaves me in between sizes (52cm and a 54 cm frame).

any advice?

Remember that they measure the Hour center to top, for instance mine is 61cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube, but it's more like 58cm from center to center (seat tube measurement).

bigbris, the dimensions i was looking at were the horizontal length of the top tube and the stand over height...which, from what i understand are the two most important measurements. do i need to be concerned about the cc/ct dimensions as well?

i'm reluctant to go down to my lbs and get measured just to get charged a fee when they don't even have the bike i want or may try to sway me towards something i'm not interested in. should i break down and do it? i figure i'm way over thinking all of this...

I went to my LBS & measured myself using a Fuji Track 2008. Even test rode it. They had a 58cm in stock & the guy said I needed a 61cm which he'd have to order. Then I found the Windsor Hour & the rest is history.

I'm right about the same size (my inseam is a little closer to 33" but I'm 5'11" as well) and the 56 cm frame fits me well.

I have a 34" inseam 5' 11" aswell and a 58 fits me well. Need a slighty shorter stem, but that's about it.

Just to reiterate my vote for the 54 with a little more evidence as to why:

I'm ~5'11, with a 31" inseam, and the 54 fits me like a dream. I say this because I've ridden about, 60-70 miles on it, and the only uncomfortable part has been the saddle. Everything else just seems to fit me like a glove. I kinda lucked out, considering i'd never really been measured for a bike, and I sorta guessed on the size

So, following the theme of the 3 previous posters, the shorter your torso, go for the longer top tube

Seriously, it's really hard to determine correct bike fit by getting advice from random people on the internet.
