So im pretty set on getting an IRO except for the fact that i hate these parts that it comes with:
flat bars: $24
IRO seatpost: $20
Seat: $10
Stem: $20

all of this comes to $74 basically i would be replacing all of that stuff and was wondering if anyone has asked Tony or thinks Tony at IRO would be willing to sell everything to me but those parts minus the $74, so a Mark V without those parts would be $515. I am curious about this and has anyone done it? do you think Tony would go for this? Thanks

Can't you get drops/bullhorns on your build? You don't necessarily have to get flat bars.

Anyway, I don't think you get very much of a discount if at all if you go through the build-a-bike, so you could probably just order all the parts you need and none of the ones you don't.

well i could get drops or horns, but i want a set of risers, and the stem i don't want since i want to get something nicer, and the seat isnt needed since i have a nice San Marco

just buy the frameset.
