Miche track crank with a 3/32 chainring?
Hi,
I am currently running a Miche track crank with a stock 1/8 chainring, but I have a 3/32 white industries freewheel at the rear. I was wondering if there are any potential issues/problems (compatibility/chainline etc?) with replacing the 'track' chainring with a narrower (3/32) road ring (Campy?) so I can match the freewheel and run a narrower chain. Thanks in advance for your help. |
nope, no issues whatsover. lots of folks use a 3/32" drivetrain.

Campy makes 144 bcd 3/32 rings?

I ran 1/8" chain on fixed cogs and freewheels, no problem.

of course, the poster could be referring to Miche cranks which use a 135 bcd. it's the very recent Miche Advanced cranks that have 144.
