MKS Tensioner & Bareknuckle
 

So I am waiting for my frame to come in but I was in Toronto this weekend and opted to pick up MKS tensioners. However I just searched and found someone saying they don't fit the frame :(. Is this the case? I believe I have the basic NJS model.

use the aluminum frame ver.

you also can flip around the part on the tensioner that the drop outs fit into if you already bought the smaller size.

Knowing I can flip these ones is there any advantage worth making the trip to exchange them for the alu frame version ones worthwhile?

Just buy the ones I'm selling. Installed once, ridden about 5 miles, they look (and basically are) brand-new.

$20, for aluminum. They're 5mm wide vs. 3mm for steel.

im not sure what flipping them around means. but i had the small mks tentioners and they did not fit the bk frame no matter which way the end was facing. get the bigger sized ones. for the alu frames.
