Love the orange color. They look even better in person. Have fun on your new ride!

If it were me, I'd go for more silver! That orange just screams for a more old-school look. Seatpost, stem, brake levers, toe clips, etc... Maybe a set of those lovely stitched leather bar wraps from V-O. Brown brake hoods... And if you ever pooch a wheel, get silver rims/hubs.
Those would be my cosmetic recommendations, based purely on my own preferences. YMMV. As for upgrades that actually matter, upgrade those clips and straps if you're running fixed.

Nice bike, although I'm partial cause that's what I ride. Wish mine would have come with that brown saddle instead of the black with a very phallic symbol on the top. The first thing I would recommend you upgrade is the rear cog. It comes with a really cheap metal one that just does not inspire much confidence along with the stock lockring. The pedals and clips are of course the cheapest they could find so upgrade those as you wear them out but other than that this bike is great right out of the box.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Yeah what is that saddle on there, It looks pretty nice,(maybe a close up photo) thats not what they show the stock on there site, but maybe do natural cork tape, like there other bikes have or, brown leather to go with the saddle,

they had one in the window at the shop next to the bar I drink at and I would just stare at it when I was out in front of the bar.

First thing you want to do is take the rear wheel off, check the cog/lockring grease if necessary, pop the chainring bolts out and grease them. While you're at it make sure the tension is semi-even on both wheels. Grease the axle where the nut threads on and oil the nut/integrated washer interface (triflow for example).
I've built at least a dozen of these and I wouldn't trust anything that your LBS has done to it out of the box.

Wow! That is one sweet ride! And just by eyeing the pic, that 49cm looks to fit me perfectly. I'd consider picking one up if my local MASI dealer wasn't so unorganized.
As for upgrades, I say... MORE ORANGE!

Except that all the customers think it's the complete opposite.
Pretty funny actually.
