i am 5 foot 9 and have a 53cm kilo tt. i tried a 50cm kilo tt and i felt super scrunched up on it... if you are set on a kilo id say go w/ the 53cm. currently ive been feeling like a 54/55 (doesn't the kilo jump from 53-56?) might be the way to go simply for more top tube length. i bought a 120mm nitto dynamic quill stem paired w/ track drops to stretch me out a lil more over the bike. before that i was using the stock stem with nitto pursuit bars to pull me forward.

oh and toe over lappage for sure using stock pedals and restraints.
