buying a bianchi pista

a friend of mi n is selling a 55CM 2001 bianch pista. i believe its an 01 because it is flat black with bianchi and pista outlined in green and a green seat, and it is in really good consition. it has a few upgrades. i cant remember brand names.
new handlebars
new chrome looking pedals with straps
vittoria tires
surly hub and new rims
NEW HEADSET BRAND CANT REMEMBER BUT COSTS $130.

ALSO IS 55CM GOOD FOR A GUY THAT IS 6FT IT 6'1?

WHAT IS A GOOD ASKING PRICE FOR THIS BIKE??

Might be a little on the small side. Depends on the stem and how long your legs are.

I'm 6', and have a 2005 57cm Pista. Not sure if the geometry's different, but I wish I had the next size up.

damn. I think its a good deal. 500 with a lock and everything. he is 6 ft says it good for him. is there a good test to see if it is a good fit for me like standing next to it. leg extension....nething. srry for the caps I'm doing rhis ona cell phone
