conversion hub spacing

I'm converting my Pinarello road frame with 130mm rear hub space. Does the Miche Track Hub have enough space? Keeping in mind that I'm not going to spend a ton of money, are there other hubs which can be spaced to 130mm and are preferable to the Miche?
