good deal on this bike?

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bik/768753461.html

what do you think? i'm thinking of buying it and swapping some of the parts out to convert my panasonic sport 1000 (here) or just riding that bike as is (with some pedal clips, and front brake). i'm mainly interested in the wheels if i was gonna swap them to the panasonic, but i don't know anything about them. what do you guys think?

He says he's including a freewheel?
Must be a flip-flop hub.
Vuelta's are decent rims, not the best, not the worst.
All in all a pretty decent deal.

Go for it. Switch your wheels, derailleurs, cranks, etc onto that frame and put it back on cl when you're done.

The link currently says nothing about Vuelta/ any specific component.

Does say the price has gone up a couple times, but this is the last time. = no buy

$200 is almost a BD bike, which really has ALL new parts.

In the close picture of the rim you can see the sticker.
