Formual Fixed/Freewheel Sealed Cartridge Bearing Replacement

I got a set of track wheels a few year ago on ebay, Fromula hubs/ Velocity rims. I've ridden the bike a few thousand miles and the cartridge bearings seem to be going (the don't spin as smooth as they should). Where and how can I get replacement cartridges? Am I correct in assuming the cartridge is pressed in and can be pulled out?

The wheels are very close to these:

TRACK FIXED GEAR WHEELS WHEELSET BLACK DEEP V RIMS 700C

EDIT: JUST FOUND THE INFORMATION I WAS LOOKING FOR. LOOKS LIKE I NEED PHILWOOD 6000 SERIES.
