Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? single speed + 2

Hi

I am new to the fourms. I am planning on building another bike and am looking at putting two or three speeds in the rear. I have seen this before, but am unsure of how to go about putting this together.

Any hints? Thanks
