need info on this vintage frame
 

i juss picked up this frame to convert to a fixie. i juss wanted to see if anyone has any info on it. everytime i search it the vittoria tires come up. the badge says vittoria ...made in italy....marca di fabbrica...if anyone has any info or knows where i can get some that would be wonderful.. thanks for your help! sorry for bad camera phone pics..
