IRO Build Kits vs. Are they worth it?

IRO Build Kits vs. Are they worth it?

I want to convert my Miyata 110 into a single speed.

Would this be a quick, easy solution?

probably not because the miyata won't have 120mm spacing(maybe bend the stays?) or other specs that the iro kit fits.

just get ebay wheelsets and then use bike co op parts bins to do the rest.
