Cheap Fixed gear complete bike on Ebay. Anything wrong with it?

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

This company has been offering this fixed gear bike for quite some time for a very decent price. It looks fine but I'm sort of a newb so I'm hoping someone can let me know if I should steer clear of it. Thanks.

If you do a search of the forums, you'll turn something up on this. I don't remember the particulars of everybody's opinions, but they weren't positive....

The problem I'm running into is I cannot find a bike on Craig's List to convert for around this price.

Start getting the local newspaper and checking garage sales or stopping into laundery mats or places like that where they have peg boards and people post fliers for garage sales or used bikes.

Those kind of places you can a steal cause to them it's just an old bike taking up room in their garage and all you see is potential and snag a bike up for $20 or less.

But this would be the quick fix since I've been unlucky in my search for cheap conversions. What would I need to upgrade or swap on this ebay bike?
