Frame sizing

So my first FG is a 57cm kilo tt. I'm 5'11" and I barely fit it. I got it for a deal off of a friend and I'm in college so I don't have the money to go out and buy a new frame. My question is, what kind of significant differences will I have riding something a lil bigger than my perfect fit? sorry if this belongs in the kilo thread, I just thought it was a more general bike sizing dilemma

+1 note the purpose. Ya gotta know what you are going to use it for.

Also, you say that at 5'11, your 57 cm Kilo "barely fits". What does that mean? As a first approximation, your 57 should be the correct size.

This is probably the most well thought out, simple yet complete sizing guide I've seen yet.
