Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

This is just a preliminary post to let everyone know that I am going to do the AIDS/LifeCycle ride from San Francisco to L.A. (585 miles in 7 days) on my fixie. My website won't be up until next Monday, and I'll repost then. Here is a link to the main site https://www.aidslifecycle.org and one to my future page https://www.aidslifecycle.org/donate/1948

Please consider helping out with a donation, however large or small, and tell all your friends and riding buddies about it. My personal goal is $5,000 and my rider number is 1948. Thanks a lot guys (and gals!)
