Find me a cheap 28-30mm rake track fork

I know this has been discussed recently but I still cannot find a cheap track fork in the 28-30mm range. Most of the cheap forks I see for sale are ~43mm. Thanks

Looks like the only option I can find is the Surly Steamroller 1 1/8 38mm but it's out of stock in the 1 1/8 everywhere. Anybody know where I can get this??
