I think this is the correct answer. Or a Chorus, they looked the same. The Stronglight I thought had a black ring on the top cup and was slightly more flared for the needle bearings. The old 80's campy HS were all silver and beefy like the ones pictured.

I have an Ofmega with a similar profile to the Campy, but that one's probably the Campy.

Me thinks it might be an "American Classic Equipment USA" Headset. (I also may be wrong) I managed to get my hands on one a few years ago
