How many bikes do you own?

i had 6 at one point, went off to college sold all of them then bought my Soma Rush. I also have an old converted (ghetto style) trek mountain bike single speed. I am considering getting another bike (IRO, Messenger, Kilo TT or Kilo TT Pro if BD keeps true to their word, or an Hour or something along those lines). I am just wondering how many all of you have?

I usually go between 2 and 3. Bianchi Road Bike, Cannondale Capo, and beater. Currently I have 2 with the capo as a beater.

My standard answer is "More than two." Its entirely true, and non-specific enough that I don't have to explain to people why I have so many bikes. How many? I think its eight, but that's not counting frames.

1 bike for me.

however, during the moments where i'm waiting on a crucial part, i'm really bummed about not having a backup bike.

Same with me. I'm a college student so one is a hassle (especially when i can't keep it in my dorm and there is no inside bike storage) luckily my Dad works at the university i go to, so i keep my bikes at his house. I do however want a second bike but at the moment dont know if i can justify it.

6 bikes, none of them are stock, nor are they super blinged out....just good functional bikes, each set up for a different purpose.

EAI Bareknuckle
IRO Rob Roy
Redline Monocog
Centurion (old conversion)
Pedalforce (road)
GT Freestyler (BMX...from the 80s, mostly keep for nostalgia).

Plus my wife and my son each have 2 bikes...I guess that makes a total of 10 bikes in my household.

All you college kids, just wait til you graduate and get real jobs. Your bike collection will grow at an unpredecented rate, and go up in quality to boot. Mine did.

Zero. There was a guy with a red Soma fixie on the club ride today. More noteable was that we had 18 women and 12 men.
