That is so stupid. Its just a cruiser with an engine bolted on.
Why would you put a internal combustion engine on a bicycle? It defeats the whole purpose.
Just get a motorcycle already, it actually has an engine, brakes and suspension designed for the purpose.
is that a coaster brake I see on the rear wheel? Jesus Christ.

That's insanely overpriced. Those chinese engine kits can be had for $150. Throw in a $700(a generous estimate) for a cruiser, nicer tank and painting/powdercoating and your it's still a quarter of the cost.

Exactly right. I saw some guys flying down the strand in Manhattan Beach last weekend with these:

The guy that makes those things has his storefront by my house. If you knew the stretch of street that it is located, then you would know the type of customer he is targeting. You would also know how he can get away with asking that much money for them. He's getting lots of cash from people that have nothing better to spend their money on. Smart guy if you ask me.
As for the actual bike - as Dutret says, one could easily build something a lot better for a quarter of the cost.

Seriously. I think it would be kinda cool to own something like this too, but I'd just buy my own damn bicycle, the engine parts, and take a trip to the powder-coaters.
