D.I.D. Chain
I just got a new chain the d.i.d. racing pro njs chain, the chain size is 1/8th. The problem is that it does not work with my surly cog which is also 1/8th, it will not sit in the teeth and chain line is as perfect as it can get, any ideas?

if you cog is worn the chain may not fit, I got a bmx bike with a ti driver and that **** is so worn that the chain that wore it down is the only chain that works.

There is no reasonable explanation for why an 1/8" chain would not fit on an 1/8" cog. Even Surly should be able to get such measurements correct. Although, their cogs have never been known for quality.
- Has this cog functioned correctly with another 1/8" chain?
- Is your chainring also 1/8"?
- Does it seat correctly on it?
- Have you tried another 1/8" cog?

I trust the quality of D.I.D over Surly and KMC. My guess is that a different cog will remedy the situation.
